The star of the film, Macaulay Culkin has had a bit of an odd journey since its release, fading in and out of the spotlight but always remaining in our hearts. It’s no surprise that Culkin’s recent resurgence in a series of internet videos and a Google advert featuring him back in character has delighted many viewers, sparking a warm feeling of nostalgia for Home Alone.
Though his appearance in the Google advert is sure to be the one to receive the most attention, he has also joined in with Youtube channels such as Redlettermedia and The Angry Videogame Nerd, molding in very well with their particular style of comedy.
