Weather update: Mainly dry with some bright spells, but it will stay cloudy for the most part. Temperatures improving but falling again tonight.
Roads / gritting: All main routes are open. Gritters are out treating secondary routes this morning and hand gangs are treating towns/villages. Grit bins are being replenished.
Refuse / recycling: Collections are taking place in Ammanford and Llanelli today, if your collection was missed yesterday, please leave it out as we are trying to catch up. Carmarthen collections have been suspended today due to the icy conditions, but please leave out as we are making every effort to collect it as quickly as possible.
Crews will be working on Saturday to clear any missed collections. Please leave your rubbish out.
