The Chair of Carmarthenshire County Council has congratulated Mrs Ruth Davies of Trimsaran on her 100th birthday.

Chair Cllr Siân Thomas visited Mrs Davies, of Garden Suburbs, Trimsaran, and presented her with a bouquet of flowers.

Mrs Davies is from an old Trimsaran family and is still active, going out for a meal at the weekend and attending the luncheon club in the village.
