Dyfed Powys Police have named the 26 year old who died following a road traffic collision on the A48 which happened shortly before 6am on Thursday 11th April.
In an official statement released today they named the man as Alexander Ratcliife Jones who was from Raglan in Usk.
An inquest was opened and adjourned on Friday 12th April.
