Road works are due to get underway on the A484 (Burry Port to Llanelli road) at its junction with Denham Avenue.

The works are scheduled to begin on the week beginning Monday, July 27 and are estimated to take three weeks to complete.

It includes the construction of a mini roundabout and will involve minor kerb realignment, removal of a bus shelter along with relocation and replacement of existing signs and associated road markings.

Multi-phase traffic controls will be in operation.

The works have been programmed to take place during the school summer holidays to minimise disruption as much as possible.
