Dear Carol Davies,

.

Please note the request for information made on 05/05/2018 titled “”FOIA Ceredigion Council on Lack of Connectivity for passengers North of Aberystwyth on the T1C Aberystwyth to Cardiff service”” is a Freedom of Information Request (FOIA as in the title) and is not a complaint about

Ceredigion County Council Servives    The questions I posed relate to

Ceredigion Councils role in the T1C Aberystwyth to Cardiff route which is funded by the Welsh Government not by Ceredigion Council and the T1C bus service is provided by NEW ADVENTURE TRAVEL LTD NOT BY CEREDIGION COUNCIL.  SINCE IN RESPECT OF THESE QUESTIONS I AM NOT A “CUSTOMER” OF CEREDIGION COUNCIL AND I AM NOT MAKING A COMPLAINT AGAINST CEREDIGION COUNCIL,  DEALING WITH THIS FOIA REQUEST UNDER Ceredigion County Council’s Customer Charter is not appropriate..

Yours Sincerely

Dr John McTighe
