MAN CHARGED WITH ROBBERY
A 23-year-old man has been charged with the robbery of a man in Carmarthen town centre.
Shortly after 11.30pm on Friday (July 20) a man was allegedly threatened with a knife and £25 in cash stolen, at the lane behind the old Carmarthen police station (at Friars Park).
Within three days, officers arrested 23-year-old Teifion Lewis, of Lammas Street, Carmarthen. He was charged on July 24 with robbery and possession of a knife, and remanded in to custody.
Lewis is next due to appear at Swansea Crown Court on Friday, August 24.
