Dyfed-Powys Police are appealing for witnesses to a fatal road traffic collision on the B4350 between Hay-on-Wye and Three Cocks.

The collision happened at a section known locally as Sheep House Corner at approximately 3.40pm yesterday (Monday September 3, 2018).
