Good news in the local business world – Ben Lake, MP of Ceredigion, visited the Brynhoffnant site of Chuckling Goat LTD on Thursday the 8th of November. The aim of the visit was to cut the ribbon on their recently completed workshop. He was welcomed by husband-and-wife team Shann and Richard Jones, along with their rapidly growing team of 22 employees!

“The story behind Chuckling Goat is a truly inspirational one,” said Mr. Lake. “Shann and Rich’s passion for their produce and their sheer determination have enabled them to expand successfully as a business, whilst also retaining their commitment to keeping everything handmade and creating jobs for local people.

Small businesses are the backbone of any local economy and Chuckling Goat is a shining example here in Ceredigion. It’s my great pleasure to officially open their new headquarters at Brynhoffnant and I wish the innovative team all the very best for a successful future.”
