NEWS UPDATE
Dyfed-Powys Police received a reported sighting of a body on the beach between Pembrey and Burry Port at around 4.15pm on Wednesday, November 14.
A multi-agency response took place to recover the body of a man believed to be in his 50s. Officers are following lines of enquiry to establish the man’s identity.
Police are satisfied there are no suspicious circumstances. This is being treated as an unexplained death.
