TWO MEN ARRESTED IN POLICE PURSUIT AFTER RTC ON M4
Two men have been arrested after being involved in a single vehicle road traffic collision at junction 45 of the M4.
Following the collision the driver and passenger made off from the car towards the River Tawe and after a short pursuit they were taken into custody.
