An NSPCC Cymru/Wales spokesperson said: “Kay fuelled the demand for the horrific sexual abuse of children by not only seeking it out online but then by paying directly for more to take place.

“The internet is all-too-frequently used by abusers as a gateway to their crimes and the NSPCC is continuing its fight for more to be done to rid the web of child abuse images and to protect children online.”
