Officers are concerned about 16 year old Jac Jones, who has been missing from the Llandybie area since September 5.
Jac is originally from Swansea, and is believed to have current links in the area.
He is described as slim build, has dark hair and is about 5’6” tall.
Anyone who has been in contact with Jac, or has seen him, is asked to contact police as a matter of urgency by calling 101.
