Nia Griffith MP said:

“I have now received further information from the External Relations Dept of the Post Office.”

“The branch has temporarily closed in response to the Covid-19 situation.  It will be reopening this Thursday morning and will operate on reduced hours of 9am – 1pm each day.  They have received a PPE pack (distance signage, gloves, sanitising gel and a perspex screen) which allows them to serve customers safely whilst following social distancing guidelines.  The Post Office are currently discussing with the operator their plans to restore the outreach services to the outlying communities that they serve.”

“I understand and support the measures that are being taken and I am glad that it will be reopening soon.”
