Road traffic collision, Kenfig Hill

Police are appealing for information on a road traffic collision in Kenfig Hill.

A 78-year-old woman was knocked over while crossing the road at the junction of Waun Bant Road and Commercial Street.

She was taken to the Princess of Wales Hospital but has recovered and is now described as safe and well.

The driver of a Grey Hyundai IX20 involved in the collision stopped at the scene. There have been no arrests.

Officers are continuing to investigate the collision which happened at around 10am on Monday, October 12 and wish to speak to any witnesses.
