- Other basic tasks like making the bed and cleaning household items are among the top chores for which the people of Wales seek online guidance
- Hoovering is the nation’s favourite chore, followed watering plants and jet-washing the drive
- Cleaning the oven is the UK’s most-hated chore, then ironing and taking the bins out
- 82% of Britons feel that they handle most household chores, and 68% have fallen out with those they live with over chores (1 in 5 frequently argue)
- Two thirds (67%) clean their kitchens daily, while a quarter (26%) clean their bathrooms daily
- 97% of Britons think that children should do chores, with 90% thinking they should do fewer than adults
- Over a quarter (28%) claim to have never cleaned their car!
