Customers at The York Palace in Llanelli will be able to toast St David’s Day with a selection of Welsh beers and spirits.

The pub in Stepney Street will be serving the drinks at value-for-money prices.

The drinks on offer are: Brains St David’s Ale (a pint costs £2.26), Brecon Special Reserve Gin (25ml including mixer costs £4.07), Penderyn whisky (25ml including mixer costs £3.71), AU Vodka blue raspberry (25ml including mixer costs £2.26), Boss Brave (from Boss Brewing Company), (500ml bottle costs £4.03), Glamorgan Dead Canary (440ml can costs £3.21) and Purple Moose High Hops (440ml can costs £3.21).

Pub manager Nicole Dowell said: “We are proud to serve a range of beers and spirits produced in Wales. 

“It is great to showcase these excellent products and offer our customers the opportunity to support Welsh brewers and producers.”
