Do look at Learn with Grandma  Wales www.facebook.com/groups/110882709011507

To introduce myself – I’m a granny living in Myddfai near Llandovery. I started Learn with Grandma – which now has 51 Facebook groups around the World.

I am also an international speaker. I have spoken at conferences in Ukraine; Uganda; USA & 3 times at UNESCO in Paris. I talk about intergenerational Learning, Active Ageing, and caring for our Planet and its people. The main aim is to share ideas of how to use the internet as a bridge to reunite the generations and help break down the digital age gap by sharing skills; love & knowledge across the generations. Good projects are happening in many countries. I can’t send money – so I share ideas that are Achievable; Affordable; Sustainable; usually good for the environment and make people less reliant on Grant Aid! It’s working!

This is me – I received my MBE in 2020 from the Prince of Wales. Now  our King.

God Bless

Val
