The Secretary of State for Wales Jo Stevens has responded to the news that waiting lists for the NHS in Wales are continuing to fall.
The Secretary of State for Wales Jo Stevens said
“I am very pleased to see waiting times for the NHS in Wales have fallen for the second month in a row.

“The UK Government Autumn Budget saw a record £21 billion to fund public services in Wales, and the recent Welsh Government budget allocated over £600m extra for next year to drive down waiting lists.

“Wales now has two governments working together to improve public services and we will continue to support Welsh Government work to reduce waiting lists.

“Our partnership in power is delivering on the priorities of the people of Wales.”
