This Months album is from Simply Red new album Blue Eyed Soul is the 12th studio album from the band who formed in Manchester in 1985, with their sound being a cross between soul and pop, with 5 number one albums in the U.K, 31 top 40 singles with their only number one single being the 1995 hit Fairground the band are made up of Mick Hucknall, Ian Kirkham, Steve Lewinson, Kenji Suzuki, Kevin Robinson, Dave Clayton and Roman Roth. A nice feel good soulful album from Simply Red, this album reached number 6 on the album chart when released in November, my stand out tracks on this album are Thinking Of You and Take A Good Look, overall I give this album 7/10, all thoughts are my own
