Commenting on the data breach by Public Health Wales a spokesperson for the Welsh Liberal Democrats said:
“This is unacceptable. This is a serious mistake by Public Health Wales who must now apologise to all those involved.
“An investigation needs to be undertaken to understand how and why this happened and proper safeguards put in place so that it can never happen again.”
