Fit 4 Fun Recipe of the Month “Fruit Salad”
Fit 4 Fun believe it’s important to involve children as much as possible in cooking daily meals and the aim of these recipes is to get all the family into the kitchen to prepare some healthy and nutritious dishes, which everyone can enjoy!
What you need
- Fruit of your choice e.g. strawberries, bananas, grapes, apples, kiwis, melon
- 1/4 pint of orange juice

Chopping board

Spoon

Bowl
What you do
- Wash, prepare and chop the fruit and put it all in a bowl.
- Add in the orange juice and mix well.
- Serve.
Take care! Make sure an adult helps when using the knife
