In Partnership with Llwynhendy Communities First, Bigyn 4 are running a FREE “Have A Go Day”.
Come along to the Foothold Centre, Stebonheath Terrace, SA15 1NE on 29th October between 11-3, where you will be able to have a try at:
- Zumba class
- Ballroom/Latin dancing
- Relaxation techniques
- sign up to walking/running clubs
- and much more.
There will be activities for children, families and older people and a FREE Buffet provided.
