“At approximately 9.20pm Thursday 9th October police received a report of a male walking on the eastbound A48 near the junction with the Botanic Garden, Carmarthenshire. Upon arrival the male was found dead at the scene and several motorists had stopped to assist.
He is believed to be a 30 year old from the Llanelli area. Next of kin have been informed.
Dyfed-Powys Police are keen to speak to any motorists who may have witnessed an incident on the carriageway around this time.”
