Meditation classes are coming to Llanelli. The next class is on Tuesday 5th July at CETMA in Llanelli.
Cetma is based at the ‘Old Piano Factory’, now known as the Enterprise Workshops in Trostre.
The address is Units 1-4 Enterprise Workshops 100 Trostre Rd. SA15 2EA
It’s easy to find and has ample free car parking.
The next class is Tuesday 5th July from 7.00pm to 8.00pm. This class is a free taster session.
Founded by the modern-day meditation master Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso in 1993, Dharmavajra Kadampa Buddhist Centre exists to help people discover their own experience of inner peace through meditation and putting Buddha’s teachings into practice.
Meditation is great for controlling stress and brining peace of mind and greater personal happiness so come along and join in it may even change your life.
