Tenby Manager Enters No Plea For Cancer Charity Shop Theft

A Tenby woman appeared at Llanelli Law Courts this afternoon (September 20) accused of theft by employee between April the 14th of 2017 and May the 7th of 2017.

The defendant was store manager at a Cancer Research UK shop and the sum she was accused of taking was £5,238.41 in takings.

Lorreine Kucuk, age 42 of Holloway Court, Penally in Tenby entered a no plea indication before the magistrates bench.

The bench told Ms Kucuk that they declined jurisdiction in the case ad their sentencing powers were insufficient.

Kucuk was released on unconditional bail until her she is to appear for her next hearing at Swansea Crown Court on October 22.
