South Wales Police Update: Man arrested following investigation into right wing graffiti
The 19 year-old man from Cheltenham arrested by officers from Wales Extremism and Counter Terrorism Unit (WECTU) has been released on police bail pending further investigation.
The man was arrested on Thursday September 20th on suspicion of conspiracy to incite racial hatred and conspiracy to commit arson.
