  • Janine, aged 42, from Wrexham in North Wales, turned her life around as a newly single, unemployed mother twenty years ago by joining Avon, and is now a hugely successful sales leader with a £54,000 salary
  • After seeing how it had helped her daughter, Janine’s mother, aged 73, joined Avon in her 60s after her husband passed away as a means of getting her confidence back and socialising more in the community
  • Daughter Tiffany, aged 21, set up her own Avon business to fund her way through uni and pursue her dream of becoming a children’s nurse, after taking her very first steps as a baby assisting her mum on Avon visits

Together, they hope to celebrate their join success with a multi generational trip to New York at Christmas, which has long been a dream for Janine.

After Janine’s father died, her mother, now aged 73 also turned to Avon as a means of giving herself a focus and way of meeting more people in the community after seeing how much it had turned Janine’s life around.

21 years later, now Janine leads a team of almost 500 Avon reps and has built a comfortable life for her family with the £54,000 salary she earns with Avon. After making some of her very first steps helping her mum on Avon visits, 21 year old Tiffany is now pursuing her dream career of being a children’s nurse through becoming an Avon representative herself to fund her way through uni.

Janine, aged 42, one of Avon UK’s highest earners, started working with Avon over twenty years ago as a means of getting back into work following the birth of her daughter Tiffany, and getting her confidence back as a newly single mother.
