South Wales Police are currently dealing with a collision on the A4063 between Llangynwyd and Coytrahen, Bridgend that occurred at approximately at 02:50hours. The collision involved a Vauxhall Corsa and a pedal cycle. The pedal cyclist was conveyed to Princess of Wales hospital having sustained serious injuries. The driver of the Vauxhall Corsa is currently assisting police with their enquiries. Police are appealing for witnesses to the collision or anyone who may have sighted the pedal cyclist or vehicle in the area prior to the incident.
