“Police are investigating a burglary that happened between 9pm and 11.59pm on Tuesday, August 6.

Car keys were taken from a property on Hafod Cwnin, Carmarthen, and used to unlock a Suzuki Swift car parked outside. Several items were stolen from the car, including a black purse containing cash and bank cards, trousers, perfume and a black Adidas jacket. The keys were then replaced on the hook. The jacket and purse were later recovered from a neighbour’s garden. The contents had been removed.

Anyone with information that could help officers with their investigation is asked to report it to Dyfed-Powys Police, either online at: http://bit.ly/DPPReportOnline, by email at: contactcentre@dyfed-powys.pnn.police.uk, or by calling 101. If you are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech impaired text the non-emergency number on 07811 311 908. Quote reference: DPP/0010/07/08/2019/01/C.
