Today marks Stephen Lawrence Day, a day for us to remember Stephen and also reflect on the changes that the Macpherson report brought to modern day policing and how we serve our diverse communities.
A lot of progress has been made but there is still more to be done. We believe there is strength in diversity, which is why we are committed to becoming a more representative workforce.
