Mae Philippa Evans o Hwlffordd wedi codi £1,432 ar gyfer Ward 12, y ward dementia yn Ysbyty Llwynhelyg.

Ymgymerodd Philippa, Ymarferydd Cymorth Gofal Iechyd mewn Therapïau Seicolegol Integredig, â’r her o gwblhau 40 sesiwn nofio dŵr oer i godi arian i’r ward, lle cafodd ei thad gymorth a gofal anhygoel.

Cwblhaodd Philippa ei sesiynau nofio ar draethau ar draws Sir Benfro gan gynnwys Aberllydan, Aber Bach, Abergwaun ac Angl.

Dywedodd Philippa: “Toddodd fy nghalon pan gerddais i mewn i’r ystafell a gweld y cleifion yn gwylio ffilm ar y taflunydd a brynwyd gyda’r arian.

“Roedd hefyd yn wych gweld yr eitemau synhwyraidd, sydd bellach ar gael i bawb eu defnyddio ar y ward. Byddai fy nhad wedi bod mor falch, roedd y 40 sesiwn nofio yn werth chweil.”
