We are investigating a collision on the B4310 outside Horeb Chapel, Carmarthenshire, which occurred sometime between 8.50am and 9.05am today (March 6).
A dark blue Land Rover Defender has left the road and collided with the wall of the chapel causing significant damage.
Another vehicle, believed to be a light-coloured hatchback style car, left the location in the direction of Brechfa.
Officers would like to speak with the driver of the hatchback as part of their enquiries.
If you were the driver of the hatchback or if you have any information, dash-cam, or CCTV footage, that could help officers with their investigation, please get in touch either online at: https://bit.ly/DPPContactOnline, by emailing 101@dyfed-powys.police.uk, or by calling 101.
