Carmarthenshire County Council is offering an opportunity for a business or entrepreneur to lease kiosk 2 on Chapel Street, Carmarthen.
The kiosk measures approximately 10 square meters and comes with a fitted electrical supply. It features a glass front with a security shutter for added protection. The rent for the unit is £30 per week.
The retail space is suitable for a variety of uses, and entrepreneurs with start-up businesses are encouraged to apply, as well as independent retailers with unique offerings that complement what is already available in the town.
Carmarthenshire County Council’s Cabinet Member for Rural Affairs, Community Cohesion and Planning Policy, Cllr Carys Jones, said:
This kiosk provides a valuable chance for a business owner to establish themselves in Carmarthen’s town centre. We welcome fresh, independent retailers to join our community and add to the variety that makes our town special.”
