Anyone fancy helping out and supporting CETMA as well as Fair Trade Fortnight, in which you can support Coffee Bean farmers in Lower Income Countries trying to make ends meet, while also enjoying some coffee and tea with the worldwide community?
We are organising two separate coffee afternoons in which you can chat with a community which you can feel right at home with.
It’ll be going on on Wednesday, the 23rd of September, and the 30th of September, between 1PM and 3PM. Any money raised via charitable donation during these coffee Afternoons will be sent towards Fairtrade, and you can support a charity that is very near and dear to our hearts.
We will be talking about Fair Trade and will be here to give any further information about what Fairtrade can do in order to raise money for making life more equal for the community of hard working farmers, so you can push them to get a better fair pay when times are often really challenging to work with.
Buying anything related to Fairtrade can have many benefits towards the lower-income that some farmers get, as they are struggling with day to day life, whilst volatile prices, ever more serious climate change, and rising costs highlight how important fairtrade is to ensure that Fairtrade can secure a more fair working system and greater stability for farming communities all around the world.
You’re also ensuring that workers that produce fairtrade products can get fair pay. This can benefit workers so much more than you think, as they’re able to provide for their families, tackle the climate crisis and be able to live a happier and more fulfilling life.
