If you’re serious about stopping smoking, the Life Hub at Pembroke Dock Library has the advice and support you need.

Every Monday between 11 am and 12.30 pm, Stop Smoking Wales offers free one-to-one or group sessions, to ensure that those looking to give up smoking for good don’t have to go it alone.

To book a one-to-one session, call 0800 085 2219. Alternatively, anyone interested is free to drop in during the times specified.

The Stop Smoking Wales session is just one of a range of events and sessions available at the Life Hub, to improve the health and wellbeing of local residents.

The Life Hub also offers health related books, leaflets, magazines and DVDs, covering a range of topics from healthy eating and keeping fit, to reducing stress and managing chronic illness.

For more information about the Life Hub, contact Laura Evans (Health and Wellbeing Librarian) on 01437 775898 or email: laura.evans@pembrokeshire.gov.uk
