Thanks to Rhys Harries Fitness Coaching of Cardigan and the “Wednesday Run Club”, who raised £435 for the Special Care Baby Unit, at Glangwili Hospital.
The group of 10 runners set themselves a challenge to run 1,000 miles in a month and did it with a week to spare!
Trainer Rhys Harries said: “We choose SCBU, Glangwili Hospital, as many have connections to the unit and wanted to support it.
“It’s been a fantastic challenge for the group. It’s helped keep them active and given them a goal to aim for!”
