Communities First Bigyn 4 news (we 4th March 2012)
“Options” Training will be delivering a short, but effective, workshop on Thursday March 8 from 10-12pm. The workshop, entitled, “Me, Myself and I” will look at action planning for the future. The workshop is FREE, and light refreshments are provided.
“Options” Training will also be delivering a workshop on Friday March 09 from 10-12pm. The workshop is entitled “Good Impressions” and will look at preparing for interviews, looking at dress codes, body language and techniques for creating a good impression. This workshop explores making the most of your career so far even if you haven’t had one. The workshop is FREE and light refreshments are provided, as well as FREE CHILDCARE BUT YOU MUST BOOK IN ADVANCE.
The above workshop is part of the “Re-Start”, back to work program we are running from February 17. The workshops will cover CV writing skills, Interview tips, creating good impressions, and where to go next. If you are interested please contact Jenna or Amanda on the number below.
Next FREE Sign Language Class Monday March 19 at the Community of Christ Church, Trostre Road, between 7-8.30pm.
Next FREE Welsh Class Tuesday March 13 between 6–8pm at the Community of Christ Church.
On March 22 between 1.30-3.00pm Llanelli Befriending Links will be meeting, for a session on “Reminiscence” Therapy. Venue to be confirmed. All are welcome.
