Llanelli SAD Group is here to help those who are or have suffered with Stress, Anxiety and Depression.
It is a self help group where you can pop in for a friendly chat to discuss your problems, symptoms and how you cope/manage.
The group meet for a coffee morning every 2nd Friday of the month at Unit 12, Enterprise Workshops, 100 Trostre Rd, Llanelli, SA15 2EA. Starts at 10 and finishes at 12.
