Appointments to the Independent Remuneration Panel for Wales

Leighton Andrews AM, Minister for Public Services, today announced two appointments to the Independent Remuneration Panel for Wales.

Roger Symonds and Sarah Willey have been appointed as members to the Independent Remuneration Panel for Wales.

Leighton Andrews said:

“I am pleased to appoint both Roger Symonds and Sarah Willey to the Independent Remuneration Panel for Wales.

“These new appointments are in preparation for the important job that the Remuneration Panel will be required to undertake as part of reforming local government. Mr Symonds and Ms Willey bring a wide range of relevant skills and experience to the roles.”

The appointment to the Remuneration Panel will commence on 1 June 2016 for a four year term.
