South Wales Police and emergency service colleagues are currently in attendance at the scene of a fire in a building at Celtic Business Park, Mount Pleasant Swansea.
As a result the area was closed to the public while South Wales Fire and Rescue officers are dealing with the fire to make the building and the surrounding area safe.
As a precaution, a small number of nearby addresses have been evacuated.
The cause of the fire is currently unknown – a joint investigation will be carried out at the scene in due course.
