ONTO 2019!
From the vetch-rich meadows to the sandy shore,
To the town itself with its post-industrial core.
The beautiful buildings, impressive facades on show,
The down-right ugly seemingly made from uneven dough.
A plethora of parks, some with exotic trees and shrubs,
Some run-down, only fit for rodents and grubs.
From this town, as surely as lightening flashes,
Will it be this year that the Phoenix rises from the ashes?
