Dyfed-Powys Police is investigating a fail to stop road traffic collision that happened at around 6.30pm on Tuesday, May 7.
The two vehicle collision happened on Black Lion Road, Gorslas. The driver of one of the vehicles failed to stop.
Police would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident and in particular, a female who was walking near to where the incident occurred who may have seen something.
