Cymeradwyo Rhaglen Cymorth Tai Ceredigion

Mae Rhaglen Cymorth Tai Ceredigion ar gyfer 2022-2026 wedi cael ei chymeradwyo gan Aelodau Cabinet Ceredigion heddiw.

Mae’r rhaglen yn nodi cynlluniau’r Awdurdod o ran Atal Digartrefedd a darparu Cymorth Tai er mwyn osgoi a lleihau’r risg fod pobl yn ddigartref a heb do uwch eu pennau yn y sir, gyda chymorth ariannol drwy’r Grant Cymorth Tai.

Rhaglen grant ymyrraeth gynnar yw’r Grant Cymorth Tai i gefnogi gweithgarwch sy’n atal pobl rhag mynd yn ddigartref, sy’n sefydlogi eu sefyllfa dai neu’n helpu pobl ddigartref posib i ddod o hyd i lety a’i gadw.

Y Cynghorydd Matthew Vaux yw’r Aelod Cabinet ar gyfer Partneriaethau, Tai, Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol a Llywodraethu a Diogelu’r Cyhoedd. Dywedodd: “Rwy’n falch iawn bod y Rhaglen Cymorth Tai ar gyfer 2022-26 wedi cael ei chymeradwyo heddiw. Mae’r rhaglen yn dod â phartneriaid statudol, y trydydd sector a’r sector preifat ynghyd i gydweithio’n effeithiol i sicrhau bod gan bobl Ceredigion fynediad at dai addas gyda chymorth amserol a phriodol o fewn eu cymunedau lleol.”
