Transport for Wales is encouraging families to make the most of their summer holiday by swapping the car for the train and heading out to enjoy a range of unforgettable experiences, all of which can be enjoyed by rail.

With the school holidays now in full swing many families across Wales are looking for enjoyable and affordable activities that have something for everyone. To support families, Transport for Wales has rounded up 25-must do experiences across Wales that showcase the country’s stunning coastline, rich history, vibrant towns and breathtaking landscapes all of which have convenient rain connections.

Whether it’s enjoying fish and chips overlooking the sea in Llandudno, exploring the medieval streets of Conwy or watching the sunset in Aberystwyth, the Summer Bucket List is designed to inspire people to discover more of Wales this summer without the stress of driving or having to find a parking space.
