Don’t Panic Support Group (formerly known as Llanelli Stress, Anxiety and Depression Group) is here to help those who are or have suffered with stress, anxiety and depression.
Long Business Description
It is a self help group where you can pop in for a friendly chat to discuss your problems, symptoms and how you cope/manage. This project also ties into our Changing Faces project. Changing Faces focuses on the different ways that people with mental health problems metaphorically wear a mask to protect themselves and their family from the social stigma felt by sufferers.
The aim of the project is to help raise that mask and encourage people with mental health problems to talk openly and honestly about their issues in order for them to build belief and confidence in themselves.
