International Women’s Day at Llanelli Town Hall, Saturday 8th March (tomorrow) at 10am – stalls to arrive at 9.15am.

All women and girls welcome. Programme of events below.

10am Tea/coffee welcome.
10.25 Tegwen Devichand – Chairs welcome
10.30 Rachel Gegeshidze, SPICE. Powerpoint and talk on Time Credits.
11.00 Joyce Watson AM – “Women who have made a difference”. A talk on women who have been at the forefront of positive change in and beyond Wales.
11.30 Tracy Pike, Manager CYCA. Powerpoint and talk on sexploitation.
12.00 Anna Graham, Women’s Link Officer, Hafal. Powerpoint and talk on mental health needs of women offenders.
12.30 Nia Griffith MP – “One step forward, two steps back”. Why we cannot let up on the fight for women’s equality.
1pm Buffet lunch
