Bigyn 4 helps you re-discover yourself

Communities First Bigyn 4 are holding a series of FREE Workshops between 10-12 on Thursday mornings in The Community of Christ Church, Trostre.

The workshops will look at confidence building, signs and symptoms of stress, being more assertiveness, planning your time and planning for yourself and there is free childcare available.

• 19/01/12 – LIKING WHO YOU ARE: Looking at self esteem and confidence, and how we feel about ourselves

• 26/01/12 – DON’T STRESS ME OUT: How stressed are we on a daily basis? Recognising the signs and Symptoms of stress

• 02 + 09/02/12 – SAY WHAT YOU MEAN, MEAN WHAT YOU SAY: Recognising patterns of behaviour. Why can’t we say “NO” without feeling guilty? Learning to become more assertive

• 16/02/12 – LET’S SORT IT OUT:  How do we argue? Is it effective? Can we resolve issues in a more constructive way?

• 23/02/12 – IS THAT THE TIME?: Planning time more effectively

• 08/03/12 – ME, MYSELF AND I: What works for me? Where do I go from here?
