Council leader congratulates Shane on MBE
THE Leader of Carmarthenshire County Council has congratulated Shane Williams on being awarded the MBE.
The former Ospreys, Wales and Lions star received the award in the Queen’s Birthday Honours.
Leader Cllr Kevin Madge said: “I want to congratulate Shane on his well deserved MBE. He has achieved so much and kept his roots in the Amman Valley where he still lives.”
