RESIDENTS in Carmarthenshire are being urged to drive carefully due to heavy and persistent rain and winds of up to 70mph.
Flooding on roads and localised flooding possible. Also look out for fallen trees etc.
Rain, hail and snow showers are expected tomorrow, with the snow showers mainly on higher ground. The strong winds remain.
